Overall positive revenue growth of 6% shows cable back on track
Revenue of €18.78 for 2010 compared to €17.7 bn in previous year

Cable’s investments in technology are paying off throughout Europe

  • Today, 50% of EU households are within the reach of cable broadband networks delivering speed levels between 10 and well over 100 Mbps.
  • 51% of EU households will be reached with 30 Mbps via cable networks by 2013.
  • By 2020, 55% of EU households will be within the reach of cable broadband networks delivering at least 30 Mbps
  • These facts demonstrate that while cable does not stack up to the size of incumbents, it is punching well above its weight in helping to achieve Digital Agenda goals
