Michelle A. Nowak
She has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, and an extensive background in telecommunications, cable, broadband, satellite enterprise software, solutions, and innovation.
Michelle joined Convergys in 2010 coming from Amdocs where she held the position of Vice President, Broadband, Cable and Satellite Product Business Unit. From 1996 to 2002, Michelle was Vice President, Product Management and co-founder of InfoDirections Inc., the leading provider of software and services for many of the North American tier 2/3 converged telecommunications service providers. During her six years at InfoDirections she led all aspects of product planning and roadmap development, product education, solution capabilities and strategies for the CRM/Contact Center and BSS/OSS product lines.
She is well versed at speaking opportunities at conferences, industry and customer events, and is a frequent blogger and contributor for various industry publications.
Michelle attended both the State University College at Buffalo and Bryant Stratton College (Buffalo, NY) where she received her degree in Computer Programming. Michelle is based in North America.
