Business carrier started in ‘Ericsson’ (2000-2002) where was involved with various positions, from a software designer to project manager. In 2002 joint venture capital funded cable company ‘DCM’ in their start-up phase, where was appointed as Split Regional Director. Grew as a senior manager with a company and was promoted to Operational manager in 2004 and CEO in 2006. In a mean time DCM had majority ownership change (SEAF to SEEF/Bedminister). Company grew with both, organic growth and acquisition to become a largest cable operator in Croatia and in that short period it increased its value 4 times. During that period first broadband internet and cable voice was introduced. DCM was very successfully sold to BEWAG (Austrian utility holding) in 2007 in sales process led by CAIB. BEWAG also acquired a second largest cable operator Adriatic Cable and merged it to DCM which was rebranded in ‘B.net’, which continued to run as President of board/CEO. In last few years B.net introduced lots of different services both on residential and business market B.net launched first massive triple play service and moved its network to digital era. During this period introduced flat voice package which was well accepted by customers. In last 4 years penetration of double and tipple play packages grew from 0 to almost 70% of cable subscribers. Over 190 TV channels with biggest HD package together with VoD offer makes best video offer on Croatian market. Led B.net as CEO through another sales process which was led by City Bank but postponed due to financial crises (the process was in autumn 2008). Brought B.net to be by far most valuable and only sustainable alternative operator on Croatian market. B.net is known for always achieving or beating defined targets and growing faster than telecom market. In the period from becoming CEO of DCM until today revenues of company were built from 38 m KN to almost 300 m KN in year 2011. in 2010 was elected by CROMA (Croatian Manager Association) by other managers as a ‘The best manager of a year for middle size companies’. Recently B.net was sold to Vipnet for 93 m EUR. (Croatian mobile operator owned by Telecom Austria. This was largest transaction between two Croatian companies ever. B.net still operates as stand alone company and is continuing its strong growth on telecom market.
