Liability

In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the Cable Congress 2012 to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the Congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All costs referred to are in Euros. All payments must be made in Euros. Payments must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the congress. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked before 14th February. A €100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received before 14th February 2012. Cancellations received on or after 14th February will not be refunded. Refunds will be made after the congress in the same manner as the original payment was received.
